*Using my son’s Google account to review since I don’t have one Came here for my birthday, was instantly greeted and Lan was very helpful making me feel welcome. Karen did my pedicure and gave me the cutest design! She is so sweet and very talented. She made sure I was relaxed and made me feel at home. I then did gel nails with Lan, my first ever gel nail experience. My nails have literally NEVER looked better ! I was tearing up as I left- in a GOOD way! Lan is the owner and is very kind, I’m glad I got to know her. She actually made my nails PRETTIER than the photo I brought ! I attached my reference photo and my actual nails 😍😍 DEFINITELY coming back, and bringing a few friends! I’m glad I finally have a nail salon I can trust 🙏

June 20.2025 I visited Spa-Cific for a gel refill and pedicure. Tina was excellent. Tina chose the color 849. The absolute most gorgeous summer hot pink. Same color for the toes. Kim did an excellent job on my pedicure. Very friendly staff. Very efficient. Lovely atmosphere. Definitely check out the color 849. It is perfection. I absolutely recommend Spa-Cific on Henderson..thank you ladies for the great service.

1 nail broke off a week after getting them done they made me pay 7$ which any other place gives that for free, and then the day i got it fixed another one had broken. i work in an office. i do not do any job to make them break any faster. the acrylic cracked all around the edges, left my friends nails looking chunky shaped like pieces of gum(she had coffin nails before this was a fill they were now square) . i went there two times to give them a second chance but failed to give a nice presentation, kim failed to give my friend what she asked for. all pictures are in here as well, the first photo is what she asked for and this is what she got, the third photo is the nail comparison after getting the obviously longer one fixed and the 4th photo is showing all of the chippings. they aren’t busy for a reason.

Got my nails done two weeks ago, acrylics. They’ve already started chipping which has never happened to me anywhere else. My first and last time here!! The lady started me 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, and then completely rushed through them. They’re all different shapes, one is lumpy, and the sides are not smooth at all. I don’t like to leave complaints so I didn’t say anything and just left after paying. Until one nail chipped last night. Super frustrating. Will not be going back

Horrible experience. I have been a returning customer at spacific nails for seven years. I have been getting my acrylics done here since 2015 but I will never return again. Today I had asked for my nails to be medium almond soft white. Right in the beginning when they added the tips and asked how long? I said a medium because I know they file and cut them even shorter. She cut them super short to the point where they look like bulky stubs. At this point I was visibly upset. I just did not have time for her to restart as I had another appointment right after this. The owner came by asked if there was anything to fix or if i liked it. They were awful. None of the shaping is correct and all of them are different lengths. personally I just wanted to leave at that moment. The nails were already ruined. I kept quiet as I just wanted to get out of there and continue my day. I paid $42 for the full set that I already hated. I’ve attached an image of the usual length and shape as well as todays monstrosity. Not even near what I usually get… I then called the salon after I left and the owner answered. She asked me to return which was no problem as I was in the parking lot. I showed her how all of the nails were different sizes/shapes and she said I asked you then and we could have fixed it. But she was not comprehending that I did not have the time or patience to be in there no more. I asked for a refund. She said she can only refund 15$ out of the $42, which felt like a complete insult. I asked if she could redo the set, the next day before noon as I have time available then and she refused as they were already busy. I could not push it till Thursday and I work every evening. The reason I was getting my nails done was for a photoshoot and it would be on Thursday. She also said for the full refund she would have to cut the nails she just did off which was fine only if they are being redone, I wasted two hours for nothing otherwise. The owner then proceeded to say that I wasn’t an easy customer. Continuously saying I was the one being difficult. Instead of resolving the issue, I left even more frustrated and upset at their service. I was a customer of seven years and I was treated so poorly by this establishment. 0/5 stars if I could.
